Yes! We offer a full design service covering every product we offer. So whether you need artwork made up for a flyer or banner, a logo created, or a website built we can help. For more on our design services click here

If you’ve had your logo created by a designer they should have given you several different formats. Logo files in EPS, AI, SVG and some PDF formats* can all be scaled up without loss of quality and are ideal!

JPEGs are not good for enlargement and usually have to be redrawn, which will incur an extra charge, so make sure your designer has supplied the formats you need.

*PDF must have been generated from the original artwork file. Saving a JPEG as a PDF will not work

Yes! If you have your own designer or are designing artwork yourself please read our artwork guidelines page. Although many of our products are bespoke and can be made to whatever size you’d like, some such as our roller banners and business cards have to be a certain size. We can provide exact dimensions for your designer to work with from the start, so please get in touch before they start work so we can give them full specifications.

We have a handy Paper Size Guide to help make sense of the standard paper sizes. If this doesn’t help or you’d like to feel the difference in the paper weights and finishes we offer, you can see samples in the office.
